Bird Flu is a passive item in The Fredpack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

x0.8 Damage multiplier

Tears have an 8.5% chance to be replaced with temporary Dead Bird familiars that deal 12% Isaac's damage.

+1% chance for every point of luck, capped at 50%.
